Figure 1. March availabilty for AAd
Figure 1 is a sample screen showing staff member's AAd's availability for the month of March.
The screen is divided into a number of localities staffed by members of AAd's primary function. AAd is able to plan to attend any number of localities in any one day. At this stage limited to a maximum number of two sessions on any one day.
The white letters in the calendar screens relate to the letters in the table and are the key to the hours of attendance for each day in each location.
